Now that Brad will be traveling, I'm in charge of feeding our family! I cannot cook; I can bake real good. :) I need some really EASY recipes. Or easy casserole dishes that I can cook night-of or freeze. Please help - I don't want my 3-year-old to starve because Momma can't cook. I even have recipes that Brad makes that are really good that I can share with you! *smile*
Oh, one more thing - since it's *like* 80 degrees in our house when it's *like* 103 degrees outside, I don't want to use the oven....that's the only stipulation. Otherwise, let the recipe swap begin!
Thanks *in advance*!

I almost left one but then I remembered that you don't want to use the oven! Why not just eat out? Or try Swann's Foods. They have a lot of frozen casseroles that you could heat up and they deliver.
Hey, you need to look into www.thedinnerstation.com It's such a great service. I think there is a super-supper somewhere in Allen, but my friend said that Dinner Station food is better. Honestly, this is one of my sanity savers. It's also very cost effective (about $9 per entree) and the meals are so easy to put together. You seriously should try it. It's been such a blessing for me as a working mom. I feel like I can still get food on the table most nights without it taking a ton of time. And it saves me tons of time on the grocery shopping which I HATE!!! Other than that, I totally recommend the Betty Crocker "Good and Easy" cookbook for AWESOME, YUMMY, SIMPLE recipes, even for those who don't like to cook that much like me :)
