Neither Brad nor I have a green thumb, in fact, we're the worst gardeners EVER. So, imagine my surprise when yesterday I began chopping away at our Monkey Grass infestation....
...and found this...
...a hyacinth bloom! AHHH! It was a bulb I planted, like, 3 years ago and had NEVER bloomed before! So, I started screaming for Brad with an outright cry, and he came running outside, practically with his fightin' fists, ready to attack an intruder. 'What, what? Are you okay?' 'We have a hyacinth bloom!' (he walks back in to the house with out saying a word) Now, not only am I an athlete, but, now, I'm a gardener, too!
